Peter Burke, Ph.D.

Peter Burke is a pioneer in nanoelectronics and its application to biotechnology. He is the recipient of numerous awards including the Young Investigator award from the Office of Naval Research and the Young Investigator Program award from the Army Research Office. His lab has made fundamental contributions to nanotube and graphene eletronics, as well as microchip-based instrumentation for electrophysiology and metabolomics. 

Research Focus:

Nanotechnology; quantum electronics, quantum information science and high-speed semiconductor devices.
